The papers giving the refugee a few writs of citizenship and past work experience to make it easier to meld into their chosen society.
The Crimson Scars are those members of the Dark Brotherhood who seek eternal servitude to Sithis; a feat not possible for mortals. This re-purposed sanctuary serves as a testament to their devotion to the Dark Father, and shelters those both living and undead alike.
Imperial legion fortress originally built to protect nearby trade routes and mining operations. Imperial guards, mercenaries, traders, and laborers frequent the area. The odd mage can be seen inside studying relics stored and ships can be seen pulling in and out of the docks.
Owned by a wealthy military family, the Vendicci estate is gleamed with treasures from around Tamriel. Most of the items are exploits from war, but the estate is decorated with items of adventure as well.
