Nestled in a mountain, the Temple Mount has been recovered and refurbished from its ruined status and turned into a lovely retreat and event space by a retired adventurer. In the heart of the mountain is a library and archive space complete with garden and trophies from world history. The branching paths lead to a ceremony space, the Dragon Ballroom, and the Archivist’s Residence.
Second floor of the Nulandis Family’s underground fortress, Sunken Spire Citadel, that hosts the company of Gaersley & Black. This floor features a grand library with readable tomes, a number of dedicated research laboratories for interests such as geology, alchemy, antiquities, engineering, enchanting, biology, and rare books. A conference room is available for group discussions and work.

The Crimson Scars are those members of the Dark Brotherhood who seek eternal servitude to Sithis; a feat not possible for mortals. This re-purposed sanctuary serves as a testament to their devotion to the Dark Father, and shelters those both living and undead alike.
