Satak Mitana
At one time a secret slave trade depot and market, this small fort and port attracted some commoners to trade legal and illegal goods alike. It grew into a thriving black market bazaar before being gutted by adventurers breaking up the slave trade. Now it limps on, mostly on legitimate trade, but lacking in oversight from any consistent authority. People will do what they need to do to survive out on the edges of civilization.

Sanguine’s Thirst
Sanguine’s Thirst is a sort of getaway, well known to the underbelly of Tamriel, but open to the general public if they can find it. It is a brothel, tavern and market (both legitimate and illicit goods), a place to fulfill ones desires, or simply to escape.
Port Eyrie
A self-governing island port, that’s outside the jurisdiction of any monarch. Seafarers, vagabonds, indulgence-seekers and business-oriented folk alike are all welcome.
Moon Tongue Cafe
A small hole-in-the-wall cafe with a rough crowd and a literal hole in the wall leading to a secret Skooma Den. Complete with beds for sleeping your high off! Looking for a private party with no ears listening in? The cafe is open for rent, no questions asked.
