As the Nulandis family’s property manager, I have listed several properties for use by patrons of the appropriate standing. The Crystal Village is one of the Nulandis family’s most ambitious projects – building an entire resort village from the ground up in an isolated valley on the mountainous southern coast of Summerset. Catering to the rich and noble elite of Altmer society, the grounds are pristine, the food and drink are impeccable, and any hint of stress or worry is abolished.
A traditional nordic mountain chalet turned khajiiti guild hall. It provides a suitable environment for Khajiit roleplay with sizeable indoor and outdoor real estate: a huge nordic-styled main hall with “a pinch of moon-sugar and the uncanny warm touch of the southern sands”, tavern/bar, lounge/skooma den, shrine, office/library with meeting table, ample dormitory, hot springs pool and river, theatre, arena, workshop and other amenities.
A remote Northern Elsweyr Outlaw’s Refuge hidden among the many slot canyons of Anequina’s Prowl greenlands, the spot has been a favorite by small groups of hunters and smugglers over the years of the Euraxian rebellion and still proves its worth. Hidden away in a repurposed set of ancient Elsweyrian ruins, it houses a tavern, a fence-shoppe, a surgeon, and a crafter’s workshop.
Home to Sitemius Gariulus, here he governs his small land and a few families in Cyrodiil. He’s a devout follower of the Eight and as such, most of the keep is devoted to showing his faith.
Hotel Agea Mora is a cozy little estate on the northeastern banks of the Odai River in Balmora. Despite it being more of a hostel than a hotel, Agea Mora is currently open to guests from Morrowind and from lands beyond our ashen borders. Really anyone who wishes to relax by the pool, have a drink in the tavern, or maybe even have find some peace within the library is welcome to Hotel Agea Mora. Requests for reservations can also be made for the various offerings and rooms within the estate.
A small garden shrine dedicated to the Khajiiti interpretation of Mara. The shrine is located somewhere in Reapers March, and is open to both the faithful, and to weary travellers.
