Once home to the Wandering Altmer Wizard Sereverus Silverveil, it has since been left in it’s stasis, he researched odd incantations, wyrd spells, non-daedric and non-aedric ritual, and once his goals were achieved, he left, he wanders now, from home to home, his hidden refuge here, still living on his excess spell weaving, it makes a good hideaway, comfortable for 2-3 friends seeking privacy, be it for a vacation, or merely to have a private conversation, the sounds of the Marsh Hiding much.
